摘要
【目的】测试和验证减振装置的特性和效果,缩短减振装置的设计和开发周期。【方法】针对小型减振装置,如车辆减振器,设计了一款结构简单、便于安装的振动测试台架。利用SolidWorks软件对振动测试台架的机械结构进行三维建模和装配,并对台架的组成部分进行了运动仿真。【结果】所设计的振动测试台架结构基本可行,能够实现总体结构的三维模型装配,能够实现机械结构的运动仿真,且运动仿真过程无明显干涉情况。【结论】所设计的振动测试台架具有占地面积小、结构简单、安装高度可调等优点,可为室内中小型振动测试台架的开发和设计提供一定的参考。
[Objective]To test and verify the characteristics and effects of the shock absorber,and shorten the design and development cycle of the shock absorber.[Method]A vibration test bench with simple structure and easy installation is designed for small shock absorber,such as vehicle shock absorber.The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the mechanical structure of the vibration test bench are carried out by using SolidWorks software,and the motion simulation of the components of the bench is carried out.[Result]The designed vibration test bench structure is basically feasible,which can realize the three-dimensional model assembly of the overall structure,realize the motion simulation of the mechanical structure,and there is no obvious interference in the motion simulation process.[Conclusion]The designed vibration test bench has the advantages of small footprint,simple structure,adjustable installation height,etc.It can provide some reference for the development and design of small and medium-sized indoor vibration test bench.
