摘要
为研究饲料中添加益生菌对羊生长性能的影响,总结已发表的文献资料,利用Meta分析方法构建模型,评价益生菌对羊生长性能的影响。计算机检索CNKI、Wan Fang Data、Science Direct、Web of Science数据库里从2008年1月到2023年1月关于益生菌对羊生长性能影响的试验研究,利用StataSE 17(64-bit)与Review Manager 5.4.1对各效应指标做Meta分析。试验收集了有关益生菌的中英文相关文献共40项研究,分析了1004个研究对象。结果表明:饲料添加益生菌对羊平均日增重有显著改善作用(P<0.05);饲料添加益生菌可极显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。进一步的Meta分析得出,相比芽孢杆菌属和酵母属,梭菌属和乳杆菌属在改进羊生长性能层面更具备优势。
The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of probiotics on the growth performance of sheep.A meta-analysis model was established to assess the effects of probiotics on sheep's growth performance.Computer searches were conducted in CNKI,Wan Fang Date,Science Direct,and Web of Science databases from January 2008 to January 2023 for experimental studies examining the effects of probiotics on sheep's growth performance.Meta-analysis was performed using StataSE 17(64-bit)and Review Manager 5.4.1 to analyze each effect index.A total of 40 Chinese and English studies on probiotics were collected,involving a sample size of 1004 subjects.The addition of probiotics to feed has a significant improvement effect on average daily weight gain(P<0.05);Adding probiotics to feed can significantly reduce the feed to weight ratio of sheep(P<0.05).Further meta-analysis revealed that Clostridium and Lactobacillus exhibited greater advantages over Bacillus and yeast in enhancing sheep's growth performance.
