抑郁情绪与高职学生心理求助意愿的关系:自我效能感和领悟社会支持的链式中介作用

Relationship Between Depressed Mood and Psychological Willingness to Seek Help Among Higher Education Students:The Chain Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and Social Support

摘要 探讨抑郁情绪、自我效能感、领悟社会支持与高职学生心理求助意愿的关系。采用抑郁自评问卷(SDS)、自我效能感问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、心理求助意愿行为问卷对1 966名高职学生进行调查。结果表明,抑郁情绪不但可以直接影响心理求助意愿,还可以通过三条路径的间接作用影响心理求助意愿,即自我效能感的单独中介作用、领悟社会支持的单独中介作用、自我效能感-领悟社会支持的链式中介作用。这说明抑郁情绪既可以直接影响高职学生心理求助意愿,也可以依次通过自我效能感和领悟社会支持间接影响高职学生心理求助意愿,提示高职院校教育工作者可以通过提高学生自我效能感水平,增加家校社协同支持力度,缓解高职学生抑郁情绪,有效提高心理求助意愿。 To explore the relationship between depression,self-efficacy,perceived social support,and psychological help-see-king intention among vocational college students,a survey was conducted on 1966 vocational college students using the Self Rating De-pression Questionnaire,Self Efficacy Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Psychological Seeking Behav-ior Questionnaire.The results indicate that depressive emotions can not only directly affect psychological willingness to seek help,but also indirectly affect psychological wilingness to seek help through three pathways:the individual mediating effect of self-efficacy,the individual mediating effect of perceived social support,and the chain mediating effect of self-efficacy and perceived social support.This indicates that depressive emotions can directly affect the psychological willingness of vocational college students to seek help,as well as indirectly affect their psychological willingness to seek help through self-efficacy and perceived social support.This suggests that vocational college educators can improve students'self-efficacy level,increase family school social collaborative support,allevi-ate vocational college students'depressive emotions,and effectively improve their psychological willingness to seek help.
