摘要
文章探讨了在产教融合的背景下,汽车技术专业面临的机遇和挑战。汽车技术作为未来汽车工业的关键方向,对新能源汽车技术人才的需求逐渐增长,为高职院校提供了独特的发展机遇。然而,高职院校在产教融合过程中也面临一系列挑战,高职院校需要不断加深构建产教融合,构建汽车专业创新互动体系,以满足学生和产业的需求,进一步推动该领域的可持续发展。
This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges facing the automotive technology specialty in the context of industry-education integration.As the key direction of the future automobile industry,the demand for new energy automobile technical talents is gradually increasing,which provides a unique development opportunity for higher vocational colleges.However,higher vocational colleges also face a series of challenges in the process of integration of industry-education integration.Higher vocational colleges need to deepen the construction of industry-education integration,and build an interactive system of automotive professional innovation to meet the needs of students and the industry,and further promote the sustainable development of this field.
