摘要
作为人体中一种非常重要的抗氧化酶,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)在清除人体生理反应产生的多余过氧化物中起到了非常重要的作用。由于人工智能GPx酶的催化活性较低,设计并合成出了同时含有GPx活性中心碲和两个伯氨基的乙胺双碲醚分子,当pH=7时活性为1.6±0.02μmol·min^(-1)·μmol^(-1),相较于经典小分子GPx人工硒酶提高了3个数量级。
As a very important antioxidant enzyme in the human body,glutathione peroxidase(GPx)plays a very important role in the removal of excess peroxide produced by physiological reactions.Due to the low catalytic activity of artificial intelligence GPx enzyme,this paper designed and synthesized ethylamine ditellurium ether molecules containing GPx active center tellurium and two primary amino groups.When pH=7,the activity was 1.6±0.02μmol·min^(-1)·μmol^(-1),which was 3 orders of magnitude higher than that of classical small molecule GPx artificial enzyme.
