摘要
集农业科技创新、人才培养和社会服务于一体的科技小院,已发展成为高校服务乡村振兴最具活力、最有成效的一种组织模式。科技小院作为重要的实践育人平台,切实践行马克思主义实践观,适时契合教育的根本问题,探索创新研究生培养模式,有效服务乡村振兴,但同时也面临着活动多元泛化实践育人目标、科研至上弱化实践育人动力、投入不足削弱实践育人保障、评价滞后淡化实践育人成效等现实困境。面向未来,需进一步完善科技小院实践育人动力机制、建立科技小院实践育人运行机制、加快推进科技小院标准化建设和完善科技小院实践育人保障机制。
Science and technology backyards that integrate agricultural technology innovation,talent cultivation,and social services have become the most dynamic and effective organizational model for universities to serve rural revitalization.As an important platform for practice-oriented education,science and technology backyard has practiced the Marxist concept of practice,responded to the fundamental issues of education,innovated the mode of graduate training,and effectively served rural revitalization.At the same time,cultivating students through practice also faces practical difficulties such as its goal being generalized due to the diversification of activities,its driving force being weakened due to the prioritizing of scientific research,its guarantee being undermined due to the insufficient investment,and its effectiveness being diluted due to the lagging of evaluation.Looking ahead,for practice-oriented education in the science and technology backyards,it is necessary to further improve the driving mechanism,establish an operational mechanism,accelerate the standardization construction,and improve the guarantee mechanism.
