基于课程思政元素的PRIDE教学模式在肾内科实习护生临床教学中的应用

The application of PRIDE teaching model based on ideological and political elements in clinical teaching of nursing students in the department of nephrology

摘要 目的探究在肾内科实习护生临床教学中采用基予课程思政元素的PRIDE教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月-2023年6月德阳市人民医院肾内科实习护生146名,按照不同入科时间分为对照组(2022年7月-2022年12月)与研究组(2023年1月-2023年6月),每组各73名。对照组实施常规教学模式,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于课程思政元素的PRIDE教学模式,比较两组学习积极主动性、出科考核成绩(理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩)及教学满意度。结果出科时,研究组学习积极主动性各维度评分及总分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。出科时,研究组出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科时,研究组教学满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科实习护生临床教学中实施基于课程思政元素的PRIDE教学模式,可显著提高其学习积极主动性、出科考核成绩及教学满意度,该教学方案值得借鉴。 Objective To explore the application effect of PRIDE teaching model based on ideological and political elements of basic curriculum in the clinical teaching of nephrology nursing students.Methods July 2022 to June 2023,the People's Hospital of Deyang City kidney internal medicine nursing students of 146,according to the different into family time is divided into control group(July 2022 to December 2022)and the study group(January 2023 to June 2023),with 73 students in each group.The control group implemented the conventional teaching model,and the study group implemented the PRIDE teaching model based on the ideological and political elements of the curriculum on the basis of the control group.The learning initiative,the examination results(theoretical examination results,operation examination results)and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At the time of leaving the department,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of learning proactivity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the time of leaving the department,the theoretical examination and operation examination results of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).When leaving the department,the teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of PRIDE teaching model based on ideological and political elements in the curriculum in the clinical teaching of nephrology practice nursing students can significantly improve their learning initiative,examination results and teaching satisfaction.This nursing program is worthy of reference.
