煤矿井下带式输送机节能优化控制系统设计与应用研究

摘要 针对目前带式输送机多采用恒速度控制的现状,开展了带式输送机节能优化控制系统设计,包括总体方案、硬件设计和软件设计等工作。应用结果表明,带式输送机具备调速功能,达到了节能降耗目的。节能优化系统的应用,提高了带式输送机的有效工作时间,降低了其故障排除时间,节约了运维人员,提高了煤炭市场竞争力,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。 Aiming at the current situation that belt conveyor mostly adopts constant speed control,the design of energy-saving and optimisation control system for belt conveyor was carried out,including the overall scheme,hardware design and software design.The application results show that the belt conveyor has the function of speed regulation and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.The application of energy-saving optimisation system improves the effective working time of the belt conveyor,reduces its troubleshooting time,saves operation and maintenance personnel,improves the competitiveness of the coal market,and creates more economic benefits for the coal enterprises.
