摘要
为了研究HFW焊接接头在载荷作用下的微观变形特点,利用扫描电镜下的原位拉伸试验对其变形过程进行了观察。在拉伸过程中试样变形主要集中在热影响区,裂纹在热影响区形核,并垂直于拉伸方向扩展,直至试样断裂。HFW焊接接头的断裂为延性断裂,裂纹呈穿晶型。其变形及开裂过程包括:试样弹性伸长、晶内滑移开动、试样缩颈变形和试样开裂。在拉伸作用下,滑移变形不断积累是造成裂纹形成及试样断裂的主要原因。
In order to study the microscopic deformation characteristics of HFW welded joints,In-situ tensile test under SEM was used to observe its deformation process.During the test,the deformation mainly occurred in the heat affected zone of the joint,crack arose and expanded perpendicular to the tensile direction,until the specimen fractures.The fracture of HFW joint is the ductile fracture,and the main crack is transgranular cracking.The deformation and cracking process includes elastic elongation of specimen,intragranular slip deformation,necking and cracking.Under tension,slip deformation accumulates continuously,which is the main cause of crack formation and specimen fracture.
