基于AGV的螺栓自动收集转运流水线的设计与应用

摘要 自动导引车(Automatic Guided Vehicle,AGV)是智能制造车间的重要载体,其转运路径对车间生产效率有很大影响。本文针对螺栓转运生产线进行数学建模,对螺栓产量、转运路径距离以矩阵形式建立计算表,通过算例分析完成螺栓转运物流量的数值计算,并以此提供路径优化方向。基于设备及生产车间实际情况,完成螺栓自动收集转运流水线的设计,并进行实践验证。结果表明:AGV转运路径优化后,以AGV收集转运为主,传送带传送、自动倒运装置等设备为辅的自动收集转运流水线基本可以实现螺栓在各工序生产设备间的智能化、自动化收集转运,提高了产品生产率。 Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)is an important carrier of intelligent manufacturing workshops,and its transportation path has a significant impact on workshop production efficiency.This article focused on the mathematical modeling of bolt transportation production lines,established a calculation table in matrix form for bolt output and transportation path distance,and completed the numerical calculation of bolt transportation logistics volume through case analysis,providing direction for path optimization.Based on the actual situation of the equipment and production workshop,the design of an automatic bolt collection and transportation assembly line was completed and practical verification was conducted.The results show that after optimizing the AGV transportation path,the automatic collection and transportation assembly line,mainly consisting of AGV collection and transportation,supplemented by equipment such as conveyor belts and automatic transportation devices,can basically achieve intelligent and automated collection and transportation of bolts between production equipments in various processes,improving product productivity.
