摘要
食品安全工作事关群众生命和健康安全,是不可触碰的红线,也是必须守牢的底线,是全面实施食品安全强省战略的重要举措。随着社会经济的快速发展,动物源食品在人们生活中的消费比重越来越高,同时,消费者对动物源食品的质量要求也在逐步提高。随着养殖环境的复杂多变,养殖防疫压力增加,兽药过量使用的问题也在日益凸显。该文主要综述兽药残留的种类、危害和应对措施,为提高我国畜产品质量安全水平,提供理论依据。
Food safety work is related to people's lives and health safety,is an untouchable red line,but also must hold the bottom line,is an important measure to fully implement the food safety strong provincial strategy.with the continuous development of social and economic development,the people's life in the animal source of food consumption ratio is growing,at the same time on the quality of food of material origin requirements have gradually improved,and animal source food is the main outbreak of veterinary drug residues food safety problems,so this paper mainly summarizes the types of veterinary drug residues,hazards and countermeasures for China to improve the quality and safety of livestock products to provide a theoretical basis.
