摘要
利用磁场软件计算双饼单元结构变压器额定运行的低压绕组电流分布,发现端部双饼电流偏大,分析电流不均匀分布的影响,通过计算短路力发现首末饼轴向力偏大,为此研究降低端部电流偏大的方法。
The magnetic field software is used to calculate the current distribution of the low-voltage winding in the rated operation of the double-pie unit structure transformer,and it is found that the double-pie current at the end is too large.The influence of the uneven current distribution is analyzed.By calculating the short-circuit force,it is found that the axial force at the first and last pie is too large.
