摘要
编制发布高校毕业生就业质量年度报告(以下简称报告)是提高高等教育质量和就业工作质量的积极举措。不断提升报告的“质量”是有效实现编制发布高校毕业生就业质量年度报告应有目的的关键所在和重中之重。这需要高校坚守大学使命、体现办学特色、审视时代大势,从而在树立科学的就业质量观中提升报告“质量”,同时需要高校通过“五个规范”暨规范指标体系、规范数据统计、规范编制流程、规范呈现方式、规范监督机制,从而在建立规范的编制过程中提升报告的“质量”,并以“四个牢牢把握”暨牢牢把握领导重视这个前提、牢牢把握体制机制这个基础、牢牢把握改革创新这个关键、牢牢把握量身定做这个核心,为报告的编制提供完善的保障体系。
The compilation and release of the annual report on the employment quality of college graduates(hereinafter referred to as the"report")is a positive measure to improve the quality of higher education and employment.To continuously improve the"quality"of the report is the key and top priority to effectively realize the purpose of compiling and publishing the annual report on the employment quality of college graduates.This requires colleges and universities to adhere to the mission of universities,reflect the characteristics of running schools,and examine the trend of the era,so as to improve the"quality"of reports in the establishment of a scientific view of employment quality.It is necessary for colleges and universities to improve the"quality"of reports in the process of establishing norms through the"five norms",namely,standardizing the index system,data statistics,compilation process,presentation mode,and supervision mechanism.And to"four firm grasp",that is,firmly grasp that the leadership attaches importance to this premise,the basis of the system and mechanism,the key to reform and innovation,and the tailored core,so as to provide a perfect guarantee system for the preparation of the report.
