自噬与代谢紊乱和子宫内膜癌发生发展关系的研究进展

摘要 自噬是细胞维持合成代谢与分解代谢平衡的重要途径,对细胞平衡、细胞质量控制以及细胞对环境压力的适应至关重要。自噬不仅维持机体能量平衡,还促进不同组织之间的代谢互联。迄今已有诸多研究发现自噬平衡的破坏与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病等代谢紊乱疾病相关,并借此代谢异常干扰基因组稳定性、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤免疫反应进而影响子宫内膜癌的发生发展及预后。该文旨在综述自噬与代谢紊乱和子宫内膜癌发生发展关系的研究进展。 Autophagy is an important pathway for cells to maintain the balance between anabolism and catabolism,and is crucial for cellular homeostasis,cellular quality control,and cellular adaptation to environmental stress.Autophagy not only maintains the energy balance of the body,but also promotes metabolic interconnections between different tissues.To date,many studies have found that disruption of autophagy balance is associated with metabolic disorders such as obesity,insulin resistance,diabetes,etc,and that metabolic abnormality interferes with genome stability,tumor microenvironment,and tumor immune response,thereby affecting the occurrence,development and prognosis of endometrial cancer.The purpose of this article is to summarize the research progress on the relations of autophagy with metabolic disorders and the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
