摘要
为了深入探究影响抛掷爆破效果的主要因素,探讨了影响抛掷爆破效果的岩石特性、地形条件、地质条件、爆破参数、炸药特性、施工质量等六大因素;着重对可控因素—爆破参数进行了详尽的分析与研究;选取现场往年爆破设计参数,以有效抛掷率为目标变量,采用随机森林算法对其进行分析。结果表明:在爆破参数的设计因素中,炸药单耗、排距和孔距的重要度最高。
In order to deeply investigate the main factors affecting the effect of thrown blasting,six factors affecting the effect of thrown blasting are systematically explored:rock properties,terrain conditions,geological conditions,blasting parameters,explosives characteristics and construction quality,and focusing on the controllable factors-blasting parameters are analyzed and researched in detail.The blasting design parameters of the site in previous years are selected,the target variable is the effective throwing rate.Random Forest Algorithm is used to analyze them.The results show that among the design factors of blasting parameters,the explosive unit consumption,row spacing and hole spacing have the highest importance.
