摘要
面对目前激烈复杂的竞争环境,公立医院互联网医院持续稳定优质发展的关键在于能否结合内外部优势,找准定位,理清思路,制定科学的发展战略。文章通过运用SWOT分析法,剖析公立医院建设互联网医院的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,从而提出发展的策略,为我国公立医院互联网医院建设提供借鉴,以期促进互联网医院高质量发展。
In the face of the current fierce and complex competitive environment,the key to the sustainable and stable development of Internet hospitals in public hospitals is whether they can combine their internal and external advantages,find out the right position,clarify their ideas,and formulate scientific development strategies.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of public hospitals in building Internet hospitals by using SWOT analysis method,so as to put forward development strategies.To provide reference for the development of Internet hospitals in public hospitals in China,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of Internet hospitals.
