摘要
本文以柴油机研制为应用对象,以NX为平台,实现了基于产品三维模型的智能工艺性审查系统,通过数字化工艺规则库中的分析规则,快速智能地发现柴油机零部件制造中可能存在的工艺性问题,从而做出预见性的决策,大幅提高工艺设计水平和设计效率,并在保证产品功能的前提下最大限度降低生产成本、缩短产品研制周期,提高产品质量。另外数字化工艺规则库的建立亦有利于知识的固化,为工艺知识及经验的积累和重用提供一个可靠的平台,从而减小企业因人才流失而造成的损失。
This article takes the development of diesel engines as the application object and uses NX as the platform to implement an intelligent process review system based on product 3D models.Through the analysis rules in the digital process rule library,possible process problems in diesel engine component manufacturing can be quickly and intelligently discovered,making predictive decisions,significantly improving the level and efficiency of process design,and minimizing production costs,shortening product development cycles,and improving product quality while ensuring product functionality.In addition,the establishment of a digital process rule library is also conducive to the solidification of knowledge,providing a reliable platform for the accumulation and reuse of process knowledge and experience,thereby reducing the losses caused by talent loss in enterprises.
