摘要
科教融合是当今世界一流研究型大学本科教育的共同信念和基本共识。本研究以国内一所“双一流”建设大学为个案,基于对问卷数据的实证分析发现:高校教师认同科教融合理念而实际行动投入少、教师评价政策对科教融合尚未形成有效激励、教师的学术水平是高校推进科教融合的关键因素。进而提出加强国家层面科教融合顶层设计、完善教师评价制度、提高教师队伍的学术水平和科研质量、营造科教融合文化四个方面的对策建议。
The integration of research and teaching is the common belief and basic consensus of undergraduate education of first-class research-oriented university in the world.Taking a Chinese“double first-class”University as an example,based on the empirical analysis of the questionnaire data,this study finds that university teachers agree with the concept of research and teaching integration,but less investment in practical action.The teacher evaluation policy has not yet formed an effective incen-tive for the integration of research and teaching.The academic level of teachers is a key factor for inte-gration of research and teaching in universities.Combined with the research conclusions,the follow-ing enlightenment is drawn:to promote the integration of research and teaching,Chinese universities should vigorously improve teachers'academic level,pay attention to how to guide and promote teachers'practical action investment,and reshape teachers'teaching culture.It is proposed to strengthen the top-level design of research and teaching integration at the national level,improve the teacher evaluation system,improve the academic level and research quality of teachers,and create a culture of research and teaching integration.
