不同硅源SiO_(2)气凝胶的多孔结构和吸附性能

摘要 分别以硅酸钠、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)/二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DMDES)为硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶法和超临界干燥工艺制备了SiO_(2)气凝胶。利用SEM和BET等方法分析不同硅源制备的SiO_(2)气凝胶的微观形貌和孔结构特性;分析不同硅源SiO_(2)气凝胶对二氯甲烷、甲苯等有机溶剂的吸附特性。结果表明,以硅酸钠为硅源所制备的SiO_(2)气凝胶具有最佳的有机物吸附特性,并具有较高的透明度;以MTES或DMDES为硅源制备的SiO_(2)气凝胶具有微米级大孔,且表现出较好的柔性特点。利用不同吸附模型对吸附数据进行了拟合分析。结果表明,SiO_(2)气凝胶对二氯甲烷、甲苯等不同有机溶剂的吸附量变化曲线更符合准一级吸附动力学模型。 SiO_(2) aerogels were prepared using sodium silicate,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),and methyl triethoxy silane(MTES)/dimethyl diethoxy silane(DMDES)as silicon sources,respectively,through sol-gel process and supercritical drying process.The microscopic morphology and pore structure characteristics of the SiO_(2) aerogels prepared from different silicon sources were investigated by SEM and BET.The adsorption properties of SiO_(2) aerogels prepared from different silicon sources were analyzed and compared organic solvents such as methylene chloride and toluene.The results show that the SiO_(2) aerogel prepared from sodium silicate as silicon source has the best adsorption characteristics of organic solvents and high transparency,while the SiO_(2) aerogel prepared from MTES/DMDES as silicon source has micron-sized pores and shows good flexibility.The adsorption data were fitted and analyzed with different adsorption models,and the results indicate that the adsorption curves of SiO_(2) aerogels for different organic solvents such as dichloromethane and toluene are more in line with the pseudo-first order adsorption kinetic model.
