摘要
湖北省宜昌地区磷矿层大多以近距离、缓倾斜、两层矿的形式赋存。以宜昌地区某磷矿为研究对象,分析矿床赋存特征,预选矿山适合的采矿方法,借助有限元软件ABAQUS,采用莫尔—库仑屈服模型,对该磷矿拟采单层矿分布区域,建立3 m×3 m、4 m×4 m、5 m×5 m、6 m×6 m共4种尺寸矿柱模型,进行普通房柱采矿法数值模拟分析;对拟采两层矿分布区域,建立先下后上的“下层Ph_1矿二步骤嗣后充填法开采”模型,从最大主应力、垂向位移等角度进行比较分析。综合考虑安全性和经济性,优选合适的矿柱尺寸,并验证预选采矿方法的可行性,为矿山下一步开采设计施工提供理论依据与工程指导。
Most of the phosphorus deposits distributed in Yichang area in Hubei have the characteristics of two-layer ore,close distance and gentle inclination.This paper takes a phosphate mine in Yichang as the research object,analyzes the occurrence characteristics of the deposit,and the suitable mining method for the pre-selected mine.With the help of finite element software ABAQUS,the Mohr-Coulomb yield model is used to establish four kinds of pillar size models of 3 m×3 m,4 m×4 m,5 m×5 m and 6 m×6 m for the distribution area of the single-layer ore to be mined in the phosphate mine,and the numerical simulation analysis of the ordinary room-and-pillar mining method is carried out.In addition,for the distribution area of the proposed two-layer mine,a model of‘two-step subsequent filling method mining in the lower Ph1 mine’is established,and the maximum principal stress and vertical displacement are compared and analyzed.Then,considering the safety and economy,the appropriate pillar size is optimized,and the feasibility of the pre-selection mining method is verified,which provides theoretical basis and engineering guidance for the next mining design and construction of the mine.
