摘要
建立动力电池全生命周期安全及性能检测评价体系是保证动力电池安全的重要手段。针对在用新能源车电池进行检测是提升电池使用安全及性能的有效方式。本文针对当前动力电池各阶段的测试方法,及相关标准、规范等进行了系统梳理,并重点对电池无损检测技术进行深入解析,分析各方法原理及应用限制,为进一步研究电池快速、便捷的检测方法提供支撑。
It is an important means to ensure the safety of power battery to establish the whole life cycle safety and performance testing and evaluation system of power battery.Testing for in-use new energy vehicle batteries is an effective way to improve the safety and performance of batteries.This paper systematically combs the current testing methods of power batteries at each stage,as well as related standards and specifications,and focuses on the in-depth analysis of battery non-destructive testing technology,analyzes the principles and application limitations of each method,and provides support for further research on rapid and convenient testing methods for batteries.
