摘要
该文对济南城市轨道交通4号线一期工程燕山立交桥东站—浆水泉路站区间不良地质因素对刀具运用的问题进行分析。通过对不良地质分析、盾构滚刀破岩工作原理、滚刀性能需求、滚刀设计配置及应用策略进行分析,提出盾构滚刀减少损坏的措施及日常保养方法。
In response to the adverse geological factors affecting the use of cutting tools in the section between Yanshan Overpass East Station and Zhushuiquan Road Station of Jinan Urban Rail Transit Line 4 Phase I Project,this paper analyzes the adverse geological factors,rock breaking working principle of shield tunneling cutters,performance requirements of cutters,design configuration and application strategies,and then proposes measures to reduce damage to shield tunneling cutters and daily maintenance methods.
