摘要
黄炎培先生近40年的职业教育研究和实践,建构了一套完整、科学、先进的职业教育思想体系。其中饱含着深刻的立德树人精髓。本文基于黄炎培职业教育思想,将职业教育分解为使无业者有业、使有业者乐业、使乐业者精业、使精业者创新创业四个逐级进阶的立德树人教育目标层级,并探索其实现路径,让黄炎培先生职教思想为新时代职业教育立德树人再放光芒。
Mr.Huang Yanpei's research and practice in vocational education for nearly 40 years have constructed a complete,scientific,and advanced ideological system for vocational education.Among them,there is a profound essence of cultivating virtue and nurturing people.This article is based on Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas,dividing the goal of cultivating virtues and talents in vocational education into four progressive educational levels:making unemployed individuals have jobs,making those who have jobs to enjoy their job,making those who enjoying their job to be proficient in professional,and making those who are proficient in professional to be innovation and entrepreneurship.The article explores its implementation path,allowing Mr.Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas to shine again for the moral education of vocational education in the new era.
