课程思政融入高等职业院校校企合作的基本模式与创新路径

Basic Mode and Innovative Path of Integrating Curriculum Ideological and Political Education into School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 课程思政融入高等职业院校校企合作,提升协同育人效果,构建专业实训与职业实践结合的教学体系,充分发挥双方优势资源,加强思政育人成效至关重要。目前高等职业院校的课程思政教学改革主要体现为三种模式:高等职业院校主导的双师模式、企业主导的现代学徒模式和职业技能主导的证书模式。然而,这些模式未能充分发挥校企双方作用,存在单打独斗问题,表现为缺乏系统理论指导、校企合作推动不足、协同程度不够、评价方式不统一。解决之道在于在系统理论指导下,找准利益协同点,政府主导加强建设推动力,从育人目标、课程资源、师资资源等方面协同建设,建立规范评价体系,确立课程思政融入高等职业院校校企合作的长远路径。 Integrating curriculum ideological and political education into cooperation between higher voca-tional colleges and enterprises plays a decisive role in enhancing a collaborative education effect,building a teach-ing system that combines professional training with vocational practice,giving full play to the advantages of both parties,and strengthening the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Currently,curricu-lum ideological and political education reform in higher vocational colleges is mainly presented in three modes:dual-teacher mode led by higher vocational colleges,modern apprenticeship mode led by enterprises,and certifi-cate mode led by vocational skills.These modes,however,have not yet given full play to the roles of both colleges and enterprises,giving rise to such issues of fighting alone as lack of systematic theoretical guidance,insufficient promotion of school-enterprise cooperation,inadequacy of collaboration degrees,and deficiency of unified evalua-tion methods.The solutions to them lie in finding common interests under systematic theoretical guidance,strengthening the driving force of construction under government leadership,coordinating construction in such aspects as educational goals,curriculum resources,and faculty resources,and establishing a standardized evalua-tion system for a long-term path of integrating curriculum ideological and political education into cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
