金属掺杂DMC催化剂催化CO_(2)/环氧丙烷共聚

摘要 聚醚碳酸酯多元醇是由CO_(2)和环氧丙烷共聚获得的高价值化学品。双金属氰化物催化剂是该反应工业中常用催化剂。通过在传统双金属氰化物催化剂中掺杂新金属制备型金属氰化物催化剂,能够提高催化剂活性、选择性、CO_(2)固定量。合成了Fe、Ni、Cr 3种金属掺杂催化剂,并对催化剂进行了表征分析,结果表明,Fe掺杂的双金属氰化物(DMC)催化剂转化率高达93%,副产物环状碳酸酯质量分数低至8.5%,CO_(2)固定量高达18%。该催化剂的成功制备为CO_(2)和环氧丙烷共聚反应提供了一种新型催化剂。 Poly(ether carbonate)polyol is a high-value chemical product synthesized by CO_(2) and propylene oxide copolymerization.Double metal cyanide catalysts(DMC)are commonly used in industry.Doping metals into DMC catalysts can improve its activity,selectivity,and increase the amount of fixed CO_(2).Three metal doped catalysts,Fe,Ni,and Cr,are synthesized and characterized.The results show that the conversion rate of Fe doped DMC catalyst is as high as 93%,the mass fraction of by-product cyclic carbonate is as low as 8.5%,and the CO_(2) fixation amount is as high as 18%.The successful preparation of this catalyst provides a novel catalyst for the copolymerization reaction of CO_(2) and propylene oxide.
