摘要
目的分析某铁路局职工2015—2019年空腹血糖水平,了解该单位不同性别、不同年龄职工空腹血糖指标异常情况及其变化趋势。方法对某铁路局参加2015—2019年血糖检测职工的空腹血糖水平按年度分组、年龄和性别分层,分析近5年该铁路局职工高血糖分布特征及变化趋势,并采用Logistic回归模型分析性别、年龄及其交互作用与职工空腹血糖水平的关联。结果空腹血糖异常检出率表现为男性高于女性(P<0.01);各年龄段异常检出率趋势大致相似,符合随年龄增长血糖值升高的全人群流行规律,不同年龄异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性和年龄在30~60岁与空腹血糖水平异常呈正相关联,且年龄越高空腹血糖水平异常风险越大(P<0.01);但相乘交互作用显示,性别与年龄的乘积与空腹血糖水平异常无关联(P>0.05)。结论2015—2019年某铁路局在职职工空腹血糖水平异常率男性高于女性;高年龄段男性职工是糖尿病的重点防控对象。
Objective To investigate the levels of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG)of employees in a railway bureau from 2015 to 2019,and to understand the situation and trend of abnormal FPG indicators in employees of different genders and ages.Methods The FPG levels of the employees who participated in blood glucose testing from 2015 to 2019 in a railway bureau were divided into groups by year and stratified by age and gender.The distribution characteristics and change trend of hyperglycemia of employees were analyzed in the railway bureau during the 5 years.A logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlations between gender,age and their interaction with FPG levels of employees.Results The detection rate of abnormal FPG levels was higher in males than in females(P<0.01).The detection rate of abnormal FPG levels showed a similar trend among different age groups,which was consistent with the epidemiological survey of general population that blood glucose increasd with age,and there was a significant difference in the detection rate of abnormal FPG levels among different age groups(P<0.01).Male and age(30-60)years old were positively associated with abnormal FPG levels,and the higher the age,the greater the risk of abnormal FPG levels(P<0.01).However,multiplicative interaction analysis showed that the product of gender and age was not associated with abnormal FPG levels(P>0.05).Conclusion The rate of abnormal FPG levels was higher in males than in females among the employees in the railway bureau in the five years(2015—2019),and male employees with old age were the focus of the prevention and control of diabetes.
