摘要
目的:探讨全自动生化分析仪上常规检测项目试剂对总胆汁酸检测的携带污染以及消除携带污染的有效措施。方法:以总胆汁酸为目标检测项目,脂肪酶等项目为观察项目,设计携带污染筛选和确认试验;分析采取措施前后对总胆汁酸检测结果的影响。结果:脂肪酶试剂对总胆汁酸检测有携带污染且为明显正干扰;未特殊处理时可携带污染连续6个标本;增加Smart wash程序后携带污染有所缓解但不能消除;将LIPA和TBA试剂分别置于仪器的内和外圈分单元检测,可避有效免携带污染。结论:检验人员设置程序时,应关注上一个检测试剂中是否含有下一个检测所要测定的物质,必要时调整试剂位置分单元检测等措施,从而避免或减少携带污染的发生。
This study takes total bile acid as the target detection item and lipase and other items as observation items,and designs contamination screening and confirmation tests;analyze the impact on the total bile acid test results before and after taking measures.The results showed that lipase reagents carried contamination and showed significant positive interference in the detection of total bile acids;could carry 6 consecutive contaminated specimens without special treatment;adding the smart wash program alleviates pollution but could not eliminate it;placing LIPA and TBA reagents in the inner and outer circles of the instrument for unit detection;could effectively avoid carrying contamination.When setting up procedures,inspectors should pay attention to whether the previous test reagent contains the substances to be tested for the next test,and adjust the reagent position and unit testing measures if necessary to avoid or reduce the occurrence of carrying pollution.
