摘要
为了提高煤矿节能生产的安全性、高效性,克服传统恒转速皮带输送过程中因检测精度低、运行不平稳、电能消耗多而出现的皮带堆煤、撕裂、跑偏等异常或故障问题,结合变频控制技术,以西门子PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)为控制核心,融入模糊控制算法设计了矿用皮带变频电控系统,给出了矿用皮带变频电控系统总体结构组成、硬件选择、控制流程等。不仅实现了矿用皮带机转速的自适应调节,还提高了矿用皮带电控系统的可靠性,实现了矿用皮带机高效、可靠、经济运行。该方案的研究对提高矿山生产效率和经济效益具有一定的实际意义。
In order to improve the safety and efficiency of energy-saving production in coal mines,and overcome the abnormal or fault problems in the delivery process of conventional constant speed belt caused by low detection accuracy,unstable operation and high power consumption,such as coal stacking,tearing and deviation of belt,combined with frequency control technology,Siemens PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)was used as the control core,and fuzzy control algorithm was integrated to design a variable frequency electronic control system for mine belt.The overall structure composition,hardware selection,control process,etc.of the system were given.It not only achieves the adaptive adjustment of the speed of the mine belt conveyor,but also improves the reliability of the electronic control system for mine belt,and realizes the efficient,reliable,and economical operation of the mine belt conveyor.The research of the program has certain practical significance for improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of mines.
