基于Fluent-DPM的呼吸阀和连接储罐内部压力安全分析 被引量:1

摘要 以呼吸阀及连接储罐系统为研究对象,采用Fluent-DPM计算方法对具体工况条件下呼吸阀吸气过程进行计算,分析罐内流体速度场分布情况和压力变化规律,并与Cradle CFD计算结果进行对比,验证计算结果的可靠性。分别对不同管径规格的呼吸阀进行计算,结果表明:呼吸阀吸气后罐内产生两个较大的漩涡,最大速度出现在偏底部位置,速度由内向外不断增大,导致储罐更容易发生吸瘪情况;选用DN 150呼吸阀,罐内最低负压为-2 598.42 Pa,小于罐体所能承受的最大负压,罐体不会出现失稳情况。 Taking the breathing valve and its connected storage tank system as the object of research,the Fluent-DPM calculation method was used to calculate the breathing valve’s suction process under specific working conditions,to analyze both fluid velocity field distribution and pressure change rule within the tank as well as to be compared with the Cradle CFD calculation results to verify reliability of the calculated results.The results show that,two large vortices occur in the tank after the breathing valve aspirated.The maximum velocity appears at the bottom position and the velocity increases from inside to outside,which leads to the suction of the tank more easily.When DN 150 breathing valve is selected,the lowest negative pressure in the tank is-2598.42 Pa,which is less than the maximum negative pressure that the tank can withstand and no instability occurs to the tank at this time.
