摘要
讨论了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮的配比对含碘有机抗菌剂溶解性的影响,优化制备工艺得到了对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有较好抗菌性的聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维抗菌膜。通过调节收卷装置滚动轴承的卷曲速度,获得了具有不同阻力压降和空气过滤性能的丙纶基聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维复合材料,经测定其最优过滤效率可达99.81%。综合考虑阻力压降,最佳品质因子可达0.0112,具备过滤空气中颗粒污染物的应用潜力。
The influence of the ratio of N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone on the solubility of iodine-containing organic antimicrobial agents was discussed,and the polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber antibacterial membrane with good antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was prepared.By adjusting the winding speed of the rolling bearings in the winding device,polypropylene based polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber composite materials with different resistance pressure drop and air filtration performance were obtained.The optimal filtration efficiency was determined to reach 99.81%.Taking into account the resistance pressure drop,the optimal quality factor can reach 0.0112,which has the potential to filter particulate pollutants in the air.
