射频微波功率放大器的非线性研究及应用

摘要 在无线通信中,射频功率放大器是一个很重要的器件,它将直流电源的高电压和大电流转化为高频交流电源,使电能转化为高频率的机械能,从而完成功率的放大。射频功率放大器是一个非线性器件,工作时会产生非线性失真,即放大器的输出信号与输入信号之间存在不平衡和非平衡问题。当功率放大器输出信号偏离额定值时,其输出会产生较大的噪声干扰和失真,这种现象为谐波失真。当射频功率放大器工作在多载波系统中时,会产生射频干扰和信号泄露。为了减少射频干扰和提高发射机的功率效率,需对射频功率放大器进行非线性补偿。 In wireless communication,RF power amplifier is a very important device.It converts the high voltage and high current of DC power supply into high-frequency AC power supply,thereby converting electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy and completing power amplification.RF power amplifier is a nonlinear device that generates nonlinear distortion during operation,resulting in imbalance and imbalance between the output signal and input signal of the amplifier.When the output signal of the power amplifier deviates from the rated value,its output will produce significant noise interference and distortion.This phenomenon is called harmonic distortion.When the RF power amplifier operates in a multi carrier system,it will generate RF interference and signal leakage.In order to reduce radio frequency interference and improve the power efficiency of the transmitter,it is necessary to perform nonlinear compensation on the radio frequency power amplifier.
