摘要
介绍了粤港澳大湾区重要机场交通枢纽工程——珠海机场二号航站楼的设计标准和荷载作用取值,阐述了上部屋盖钢结构实现“建筑装修结构一体化思路”的结构选型思路,对主楼进行了静力性能分析、稳定性分析、大震弹塑性分析,开展了屋盖钢结构防火性能研究,并根据屋盖钢结构施工方案进行了专项施工模拟分析。结果表明:主楼屋盖钢结构选择的波浪形变厚度局部抽空焊接球网架结构体系实现了结构受力与建筑装修的统一,具有良好的稳定性能,在罕遇地震和火灾作用下构件受力满足要求,结构安全可靠;施工方案可行,提升过程中结构变形与内力满足设计要求;大跨度网架有必要在施工模拟卸载胎架后,按实际荷载输入计算模型进行位移和应力比复核。
The design standard and load action value of Zhuhai Airport TerminalⅡ,an important airport transportation hub project in Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area was introduced.The structural selection idea of the upper roof steel structure to realize the"integrated idea of building decoration structure"was expounded.The static performance analysis,stability analysis and large earthquake elastic⁃plastic analysis of the main building were carried out.The fire resistance performance of the roof steel structure was studied,and the special construction simulation analysis was carried out according to the construction scheme of the roof steel structure.The results show that the wave⁃shaped variable⁃thickness partially evacuated welded spherical grid structure system selected for the steel structure of the main building roof realizes the unity of structural stress and building decoration,and has good stability performance.Under the action of rare earthquakes and fires,the force of the components meets the requirements,and the structure is safe and reliable.The construction scheme is feasible,and the structural deformation and internal force meet the design requirements during the lifting process.It is necessary to check the displacement and stress ratio of the large⁃span grid according to the actual load input calculation model after the construction simulation unloading jig.
