摘要
武装直升机空地火力打击能力量化评估研究是联合作战背景下武器装备运用的重要决策依据。基于武装直升机在低空作战中的特殊优势,建立了武装直升机空地火力打击能力量化评估指标体系。针对实际战场和装备使用的复杂性,考虑到各指标属性信息的不确定性,引入概率犹豫模糊集的概念来刻画评估过程中专家偏好信息的模糊性和不确定性,结合后悔理论在刻画决策者心理状态和TOPSIS决策方法在多属性决策中的优势,实现了信息不确定条件下武装直升机空地火力打击能力的量化评估。
The quantitative evaluation research of air to ground fire strike capability for armed helicopters is an important decision-making basis for the application of weapons and equipment in the context of joint operations.Since the special advantages of armed helicopters in low altitude operations,the evaluation index system of air to ground fire strike capability for armed helicopters are constructed.Aiming at the complexity of actual battlefield and equipment operation,and the uncertainty of attribute information of each indicator is considered,the concept of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set is introduced to depict the fuzziness and uncertainty of expert preference in the evaluation process.The advantages of regret theory in depicting the psychological state of decision-makers and TOPSIS in multi-attribute decision making are combined.The quantitative evaluation of air to ground fire strike capability of armed helicopters under the condition of uncertain information is realized.
