摘要
以艾茎为原材料,以Fe_(3)O_(4)和K_(2)CO_(3)为活化剂制备了磁性艾茎活性炭(MASBAC)。利用扫描电子显微镜、N,吸附脱附及X-射线扫描仪对MASBAC进行了表征。研究了该炭材料投加量、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、反应温度、吸附时间、pH值等因素对MASBAC吸附亚甲基蓝性能的影响。结果显示:MASBAC具有较大的比表面积、较小孔洞,多孔状态且有磁性;溶液pH值对MASBAC吸附性能无明显影响,MASBAC投加量16.0mg、亚甲基蓝初始浓度55.0mg·L^(-1)、反应温度25℃时为最佳吸附条件。MASBAC对亚甲基蓝的吸附遵循准二级动力学模型(R^(2)=0.9998)和Langmuir模型(R=0.9918),吸附量为166.83mg·g^(-1)。本研究为处理染料废水提供方法参考。
The magnetic artemisia stem biomass activated carbon(MASBAC)material was prepared with artemisia stem as raw mate-rial and Fe_(3)O_(4) and K_(2)CO_(3),as activators.The MASBAC was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),N_(2) adsorption-de-sorption and X-ray dffraction(XRD).The influence of material dosage,methylene blue concentration,temperature,adsorption time,and pH value on the adsorption capability of the MASBAC was investigated.The results showed that the MASBAC has large specific surface area,small pores,porous state and magnetic properties.The initial pH value of solution had no obvious effect on adsorption performance of MASBAC.The optimum adsorption conditions were the dosage of 16.0 mg,the methylene blue concentration of 55.0 mg·L^(-1)and the temperature of 25℃.The adsorption of methylene blueon MASBAC followedthequasi second-orderkinetic model(R=0.9998)and Langmuir model(R^(2)=0.9918).The equilibrium absorption capacity was 166.83 mg gl.This study provides a reference for the treatment of dye wastewater.
