火电厂输煤系统改造

Transformation of Coal Conveying System in Thermal Power Plants

摘要 基于火电厂智能化控制的发展趋势和输煤系统高灵活性、高可靠性的运行需求,开展了输煤系统中皮带、筒仓/原煤仓及斗轮机运行工况的研究。文章以输煤系统为研究对象,通过分析系统内设备的潜在故障点与故障原因,综合现代信息传输技术和元器件检测原理,提出适合输煤系统的设备、软件控制及通讯冗余的改造方案,以保证各设备运行状态得以实时监测并完成精准动作,实现输煤系统的安全稳定运行。 Based on the development trend of intelligent control in thermal power plants and the high flexibility and reliability of coal conveying systems,research was conducted on the operating conditions of belts,silos/raw coal silos,and bucket wheel machines in coal conveying systems.This article takes the coal conveying system as the research object.By analyzing the potential fault points and causes of equipment within the system,integrating modern information transmission technology and component detection principles,a suitable transformation plan for equipment,software control,and communication redundancy of the coal conveying system is proposed to ensure real-time monitoring of the operating status of each equipment and accurate action,and to achieve safe and stable operation of the coal conveying system.
