基于救护员培训的线上-线下心肺复苏课程体系建设的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨线上-线下心肺复苏培训模式的建设及在高校中的应用效果。方法:于2023年2月—6月以选修课的方式在皖南医学院招募心肺复苏培训学生60名,随机分为传统组(n=30)与混合组(n=30),传统组采用传统的教学方式进行授课,混合组基于中国红十字会救护员培训课程进行线上-线下教学,通过20个学时学习及考核,比较2组理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、自我能力评价及教学效果评价。结果:最终有50名学生完成课程,其中,男性33名(66.00%),女性17名(34.00%),平均年龄(20.22±1.11)岁。混合组学生理论考核成绩及技能考核成绩高于传统组(P<0.05);自我评价方面,混合组学生在“课程提高了心肺复苏实践能力”“课程增强了主动施救的意识”方面高于传统组(P<0.05);混合组学生在教学方法评价、教学效果评价及总体满意度评价方面高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:线上-线下心肺复苏培训课程体系能提升高校学生心肺复苏能力,教学效果更好,为探索适应我国公众急救能力培训的方法提供了依据。 Objective:To explore the construction of online-offline cardiopulmonary resuscitation training model and the effectiveness of its application in colleges and universities.Methods:This study recruited 60 cardiopulmonary resuscitation training students in Wannan Medical College from February to June 2023 in the form of elective courses,and were randomly divided into traditional group(n=30)and mixed group(n=30).The traditional group was taught by using traditional teaching methods,and the mixed group was taught by online-offline based on the lifeguard training course of Red Cross Society of China.Through 20 credit hours of study and assessment,the theory assessment scores,skill assessment scores,self-competence evaluation and teaching effect evaluation between the two groups were compared.Results:Eventually 50 students completed the course.Among these participants,there were 33 males(66.00%)and 17 females(34.00%),with an average age of(20.22±1.11)years old.The theoretical and skills test scores of students in the onlineoffline mixed group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).In terms of self-evaluation,students in the mixed group were higher than those in the traditional group in the aspects of"the course improves the practical ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation"and"the course improves the consciousness of active rescue"(P<0.05).Students in the mixed group were higher than those in the traditional group in the aspects of teaching method evaluation,teaching effect evaluation and overall satisfaction evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The online-offline cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course system can improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability of college students,and the teaching effect is better,which provides an method for exploring the method of adapting to the improvement of public first aid ability in China.
