摘要
中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根和魂,也是新时代教育强国建设的深厚基石。从文化主义视域出发,教育强国建设是一个以优秀传统教育思想为根基的教育创新性发展和创造性转化历程。从历史逻辑来看,教育强国建设历经重教兴学、教育救国、科教兴国和三位一体的不同阶段,体现出中华文明突出的连续性和创新性。从文化基因来看,中华优秀传统文化中以厚德载物、修身齐家、文明以止、经世致用为代表的教育思想,更是伴随着每一次文明的兴衰更替展现出更为强劲的生命力。为此,深入探讨中华民族在不同时期的文化教育思想、政策与制度,全面总结文化教育与国家兴衰的联系,既是为现阶段教育强国建设提供理论根基和思想智慧的应然之举,也是促进中华优秀传统文化现代性觉醒的必由路径。
Being the root and soul of the Chinese nation,excellent traditional Chinese culture is the profound cornerstone for the building of a powerful country in education in the new era.From the perspective of culturalism,the building of a powerful country in education is a process of creatively developing and reforming education based on excellent traditional thoughts of education.From the perspective of historical logic,the building of a powerful country in education experienced such stages as emphasizing education and promoting learning,saving the country through education,invigorating the country through science and education,and stressing the trinity of education,technology and talents,and reflected continuous and innovative Chinese civilization.From the perspective of cultural genes,the representative educational thoughts in excellent traditional Chinese culture,such as treating people and things with generous virtue,strengthening self-cultivation and family management,establishing a harmonious relationship with nature by using rules,and promoting economic development and people's livelihood through practical technology,show more powerful vitality with the rise and fall of civilization.Therefore,exploring the cultural and educational thoughts,policies and systems of the Chinese nation in different periods,and summarizing the connection between cultural education and the rise and fall of the country remains not only a necessary move to provide a theoretical foundation and ideological wisdom for the building of a powerful country in education in the new era,but also an inevitable route for the promoting the awakening of the modernity of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
