针刺调控缺氧诱导因子-1α信号通路改善缺血性脑血管病的作用机制

摘要 缺血性脑血管疾病是常见的神经系统疾病之一,具有高致残率,高死亡率的特点,加剧了世界范围内的医疗卫生经济负担。缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是低氧响应的关键因子,在缺血性脑血管病发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用,而针刺在缺血性脑血管病的治疗中同样显示出显著优势。针刺调控HIF-1α信号通路可能是针刺产生疗效的关键机制之一。既往研究初步表明针刺对HIF-1α的调控作用可能不仅与疾病的损伤类型相关,还可能与HIF-1α的表达的时效效应以及针刺的介入时机相关。 Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of the common nervous system diseases with a high disability rate and high mortality,which has aggravated the economic burden of health worldwide.Hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1α) is a key factor in response to hypoxia,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Acupuncture has demonstrated significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.Acupuncture may regulate the HIF-1α signaling pathway to exert the therapeutic effect,which may be the main mechanism.Studies have shown that the regulatory effect of acupuncture on HIF-1α may be related to not only the type of injury but also the time effect of HIF-1α expression and the timing of acupuncture intervention.
