摘要
为识别某四驱燃油乘用车工程样车开发阶段发动机油门开度不同挡位时车内轰鸣和振动,提出一种基于底盘转毂测功机识别整车状态车内轰鸣和变速器换挡线之间关系的方法。开展底盘测功机车内轰鸣声试验,利用四驱转毂半消声室测功机毂带车模式,发动机转速从各挡位最低转速开始并取为50的整数倍,每个工况油门开度60 s内从0%升至100%,直到主观评价轰鸣声可接受(≥6.5分)时工况终止。依托变速器换挡线和主观评价获得轰鸣测评图并提出优化方案,为整车产品后续振动噪声开发提供参考依据。
To identify the roaring and vibration inside a four-wheel drive fuel passenger car during the development stage of the engineering prototype, a method based on chassis hub dynamometer was proposed to identify the relationship between the overall vehicle state inside booming and the transmission shift line under different engine throttle opening and gear positions. A chassis dynamometer test on the roaring sound inside the car was conducted, using the four-wheel drive hub semi anechoic chamber dynamometer hub with car mode. The engine started from the lowest speed in each gear and was taken as an integer multiple of 50. The throttle opening for each working condition ranged from 0% to 100% within 60 s, until the subjective evaluation of the roaring sound was acceptable (≥6.5 points) and the working condition was terminated. Based on the transmission shift line and subjective evaluation, a roaring evaluation chart was obtained and an optimization plan was proposed, providing a reference basis for the subsequent vibration and noise development of the entire vehicle product.
