Inconel625合金在200~600℃下力学性能及本构方程研究

摘要 研究了Inconel625合金在200~600℃的力学性能变化,利用SEM、万能材料试验机等仪器分析温度对Inconel625合金抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:Inconel625合金在200~600℃抗拉强度随着温度的升高逐渐降低,600℃时抗拉强度保留率为室温的87.7%,断裂机制由韧性断裂逐步演变为脆性断裂。开展了不同温度、不同应变速率下的高温拉伸试验,根据试验结果推导出了Inconel625合金在热变形过程中的本构方程,将实测值与预测值进行了对比,验证本构方程的准确性,其相对误差最大为6.04%,具有很好的吻合度。 The change of mechanical properties of Inconel625 alloy in 200-600℃was studied.The influence of temperature on the tensile strength was analyzed by means of SEM,universal material testing machine and other instruments.The results show that the tensile strength of Inconel625 alloy decreases gradually with the increase of temperature in 200-600℃.The retention rate of tensile strength at 600℃is 87.7%of the room temperature strength.The fracture mechanism evolves from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.High temperature tensile tests at different temperatures and strain rates are carried out.According to the test results,the constitutive equation of Inconel625 alloy in the process of hot deformation is derived.The measured value is compared with the predicted value,and the accuracy of the constitutive equation is verified.The maximum relative error is 6.04%,which has a good coincidence.
