高氟硫酸锌溶液脱氟协同除铝的技术研究

摘要 以高含氟硫酸锌溶液为研究对象,通过对反应时间、硫酸铝加入量、终点pH值对溶液中氟、铝脱除的影响进行实验研究,并且进行脱氟剂脱氟辅料成本对比,结果表明:时间对脱氟影响不大,硫酸铝的加入量直接影响氟的脱除率,加入硫酸铝12~15 g/L,溶液中氟的脱除率达到50%以上;溶液终点pH值影响溶液中铝的脱除率且助推氟的脱除,溶液终点pH值控制在4.9以上,铝的脱除率达到99%以上;因此硫酸铝+消石灰乳脱氟除铝的方法氟、铝脱除率高、经济成本较低、不会向主流程溶液中引入新的阳离子等优势。 Taking high-fluorine zinc sulfate solution as the research object,the effects of reaction time,aluminum sulfate addition and final pH value on fluoride and aluminum removal in the solution were compared with the cost of defluorinating auxiliary materials of defluorinating agent.The results showed that time had little effect on defluorination,which directly affected the fluoride removal rate.The removal rate of fluorine in 12-15g/l solution with aluminum sulfate is above 50%,and the final pH value of the solution affects the removal rate of aluminum in the solution and promotes the removal of fluorine.The final pH value of the solution is controlled above 4.9,and the removal rate of aluminum is above 99%.This method of removing fluorine and aluminum with aluminum sulfate and slaked lime has high removal rate and low economic cost,and will not introduce new cations into the main process solution.
