摘要
返乡创业活动是推动乡村振兴和实现共同富裕的重要途径。本文在数理推演基础上,运用2014—2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)四期面板数据,以返乡创业试点政策为准自然实验,探讨返乡创业活动对农村家庭收入的影响。结果表明,返乡创业试点政策显著提高了农村家庭的收入水平。具体而言,返乡创业活动不仅提高了农村家庭的工资性、经营性和财产性收入,而且对农村收入分配产生了积极的影响,集中表现为缩小城乡收入差距和改善农村内部收入不平等。同时,良好的外部创业环境是返乡创业活动支持农村家庭增收的关键因素,在第三产业领域的返乡创业活动对农村家庭收入增长的影响更为显著。此外,返乡创业活动展现出了较好的包容性,尤其是对身体健康状况较差或教育水平和社会地位一般的农村弱势群体,其增收效应更加明显。因此,应积极打造优质的创业环境,推动高层次返乡创业,并着力提升返乡创业者的社会责任感,使返乡创业活动更具普惠性和共享性。
Returning entrepreneurship significantly contributes to rural revitalization and shared prosperity.Drawing on mathematical analysis,this study utilizes panel data from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)spanning 2014 to 2020,exploring the impact of returning entrepreneurship on rural household income through a pilot policy as a quasi-natural experiment.The results show that this policy greatly increases rural household income by enhancing earnings from wages,business,and property.Moreover,it positively alters rural income distribution,narrowing the urban-rural income gap and reducing income disparity within rural areas.Further analysis highlights the critical role of a supportive external entrepreneurial environment in facilitating these income gains,particularly in the tertiary sector markedly boosted rural household incomes.These initiatives are notably inclusive,benefiting disadvantaged rural areas,especially those with poor health or lower education and social standing.Hence,cultivating a quality entrepreneurial environment,promoting advanced entrepreneurship among returnees,and improving their social responsibility are key to ensuring the inclusiveness and shared benefits of returning entrepreneurial activities.
