摘要
目的分析以问题为导向的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)+以团队为导向的教学法(Team-Based Learning,TBL)+以案例为导向的教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在产科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年10月咸宁第一人民医院产科实习的32名学生为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为传统教学组(n=16,传统教学方法)和整合教学组(n=16,PBL+TBL+CBL整合教学法),对比两组实习生的考核成绩及对带教方法的评价。结果整合教学组理论知识、专业技能、综合能力的考核成绩均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。整合教学组实习生对教学方法在新颖性、提升学习能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力、人文关怀能力等方面的评价均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将PBL+TBL+CBL整合教学法应用于产科临床教学实践中能显著提高教学质量,提升实习生理论知识、专业技能及综合能力,且学生对该教学方法的认可度更高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)+team-based learning(TBL)+case-based learning(CBL)in obstetric clinical teaching practice.Methods A total of 32 obstetrical interns in Xianning First People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into traditional teaching group(n=16,traditional teaching method)and integrated teaching group(n=16,PBL+TBL+CBL integrated teaching method)according to random number table method.The assessment results and evaluation of teaching methods were compared between the two groups of students.Results The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive ability of the integrated teaching group were better than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The interns in the integrated teaching group had higher evaluation on the novelty of teaching methods,improving learning ability,communication ability,clinical thinking ability and humanistic care ability than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+TBL+CBL integrated teaching method in obstetrics clinical teaching practice can significantly improve the teaching quality,enhanc einterns'theoretical knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive ability,and students have a higher degree of recognition of this teaching method.
