摘要
近年来,“主动养生”已成为人们的生活新时尚,太极拳作为一种健身、修身、养身且具有中国特色的运动方式越来越受到欢迎。为丰富和完善太极养生文化,推动太极拳的发展,文章运用文献资料研究法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,系统分析了太极拳的哲理、拳理、“圆”理和医理后,发现太极拳在哲理上讲究身心兼修;在拳理上强调攻守兼备;在“圆”理上追求防身实用;在医理上注重防病与治未病,是“健康中国”经典的康养方式。
In recent years,"active health preservation"has become a new trend in people's lives,and Tajiquan,as a unique Chinese style exercise for fitness,self-cultivation,and wellness,is becoming increasingly popular.In order to enrich and improve the culture of Taijiquan health preservation and promote the development of fitness and health preservation Taijiquan,a systematic analysis was conducted through literature research,logical analysis,expert interviews,and other methods.After analyzing the philosophy,boxing theory,"roundness"theory,and medical theory of Taijiquan,it was found that Taijiquan emphasizes both physical and mental cultivation in philosophy;Emphasizing both offense and defense in boxing theory;Pursuing self-defense practicality in the principle of"roundness";The pursuit of disease prevention and treatment in medical theory is a classic way of maintaining health in our"Healthy China".
