摘要
口岸是国家间交通运输网络枢纽和贸易交往的重要门户。新疆吉木乃口岸作为中国与哈萨克斯坦两国最北端口岸,不仅是中哈两国更是向第三方国家开放经贸合作交流的重要平台。基于对吉木乃口岸实地走访调研和资料搜集整理,从贸易发展、旅游发展、口岸政策、口岸管理等方面阐述其发展现状,进而针对其存在的问题和困难,从国家间政策优惠、多层次协作、口岸设施、口岸腹地体系和大安全观等方面提出加强对吉木乃口岸建设的对策建议,以持续推进其稳步发展。
Ports are crucial gateways for exchanges between one country and others,as well as bridgeheads and frontiers in close economic and trade relationship with other countries.Jeminay Port in Xinjiang is the northernmost one between China and Kazakhstan,serving as a significant platform for economic and trade cooperation among the two and third-party countries.Based on field investigation and comprehensive data collection on Jeminay Port,the development status is elaborated in such aspects as trade development,tourism development,port policies and port management.In response to the existing problems and difficulties in the port development,the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of Jeminay are put forward,such as mutual trust and mutual benefit among countries,preferential policies,multi-level coordination,port facilities,port hinterland systems and a comprehensive approach to security,aiming to continuously drive its growth.
