摘要
目的探讨以互动达标理论为指导的延续性护理结合共情护理对妊娠期甲减患者疾病知信行及心境状态的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月我院收治的80例妊娠期甲减患者,按照护理方式的差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以互动达标理论为指导的延续性护理结合共情护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的疾病认知、健康信念及健康行为评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的广泛性焦虑量表-7(GAD-7)、简明心境状态量表(POMS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均降低,游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以互动达标理论为指导的延续性护理结合共情护理可促进妊娠期甲减患者疾病知信行、心境状态及甲状腺功能改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing on disease knowledge,attitude and behavior and mood state of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease cognition,health belief and health behavior in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Profile of Mood States(POMS)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in the two groups decreased,the levels of free triiodiothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing can promote the improvement of disease knowledge,attitude and behavior,mood state and thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy,which is worthy of promotion.
