摘要
目的研讨低分子肝素钠联合孕激素治疗妊娠早期先兆流产的临床价值。方法选取40例妊娠早期先兆流产患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组20例。对照组单用孕激素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合低分子肝素钠治疗,比较两组临床效果及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为100%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,研究组P、β-HCG水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%,与对照组的10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠联合孕激素治疗能够提升妊娠早期先兆流产的用药疗效,更有效调控患者的生殖激素水平,并保障用药安全,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical value of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion in early pregnancy.Methods 40 patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone alone,and the study group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of P andβ-HCG in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with progesterone therapy can improve the efficacy of medication for threatened abortion in early pregnancy,more effectively regulate the level of reproductive hormones in patients,and ensure the safety of medication,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
