摘要
目的探讨ADP核糖基化样因子2(ARL2)、B细胞异位基因2(BTG2)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达水平及其病理分型相关性分析。方法选择2021年5月—2022年5月本院收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,共收集非小细胞肺癌的癌组织和癌旁正常组织标本60对,其中非小细胞肺癌的癌组织作为实验组,癌旁正常组织作为对照组。应用免疫组化方法分别检测非小细胞肺癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织中ARL2蛋白和BTG2蛋白的表达水平。分析ARL2蛋白和BTG2蛋白的表达水平与非小细胞肺癌的临床病理分型相关性。结果实验组中ARL2蛋白表达阳性率为66.7%,,明显高于对照组的25.4%(P<0.05);实验组中BTG2蛋白表达阳性率为20.6%,明显低于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05)。ARL2、BTG2蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤最大直径、复发率、病理学分级、复发相关性密切,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。统计患者的1年生存率为47.6%(29/60),其中ARL2阳性生存率为31.0%(6/20),ARL2阴性生存率为81.0%(30/40);BTG2阳性生存率为96.1%(25/26),BTG2阴性生存率为35.0%(11/34);ARL2阴性、BTG2阳性非小细胞肺癌患者生存率显著增高(P<0.001)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的ARL2蛋白表达明显升高,BTG2蛋白表达水平明显降低,证实了ARL2水平的高表达和BTG2的低表达,对非小细胞肺癌患者的ARL2阳性蛋白、BTG2阴性表达与病理分型有着十分密切的相关性,值得未来在预后方面进一步研究探讨。
Objective To explore the expression levels of ADP ribosylation like factor 2(ARL2)and B cell heterotopic gene 2(BTG2)proteins in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and their correlation with pathological classification.Methods Sixty patients suffering from non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group consisted of cancer tissue from patients suffering from non-small cell lung cancer,and the control group consisted of adjacent cancer tissue.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of ARL2 protein and BTG2 protein in the cancer tissue and adjacent cancer tissue from non-small cell lung cancer patients.The correlation between the expression levels of ARL2 protein and BTG2 protein and the clinical pathological classification of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rate of ARL2 protein expression in the experimental group was 66.7%,significantly higher than 25.4%of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of BTG2 protein expression in the experimental group was 20.6%,significantly lower than 71.4%in the control group(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.The expression of ARL2 and BTG2 proteins were not correlated with patient age and gender,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).While they were closely related to tumor TNM staging,lymph node metastasis,maximum tumor diameter,recurrence rate,pathological grading,and recurrence,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The one-year survival rate of patients was 47.6%(29/60)according to statistics.The ARL2 positive survival rate was 31.0%(6/20),and the ARL2 negative survival rate was 81.0%(30/40).The BTG2 positive survival rate was 96.1%(25/26),and the BTG2 negative survival rate was 35.0%(11/34).The survival rate of patients with ARL2 negative and BTG2 positive non-small cell lung cancer was significantly increased,and difference was statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusions The expression level of ARL2 protein in patients with non-small cell lung cancer increased,while the expression of BTG2 protein decreased,confirming the high expression of ARL2 and low expression of BTG2.There is a close correlation between ARL2 positive protein and BTG2 negative expression and pathological classification in non-small cell lung cancer patients,which is worth further research and exploration in the area of prognosis for future studies.
