摘要
目的分析西格列汀与二甲双胍对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的作用。方法选取南平市第二医院于2022年4月—2023年6月收治的100例2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者为研究对象,采用密闭信封法分为两组,各50例。对照组口服二甲双胍片,研究组联用西格列汀,两组均治疗6个月。对比两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢和肝功能水平。结果研究组治疗有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组糖脂代谢水平和肝功能指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗6个月后,研究组的糖脂代谢水平优于对照组,肝功能指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病,可提高治疗有效率,改善糖脂代谢水平及肝功能。
Objective To analyze the effects of sitagliptin and metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to Nanping Second Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by closed envelope method.The control group took metformin tablets orally,and the study group combined with sitagliptin.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism and liver function of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in glu-cose and lipid metabolism and liver function indexes between the two groups(both P>0.05).After 6 months of treat-ment,the glucose and lipid metabolism level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the liver function index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism and liver function.
