数字化导板在前牙美学区种植修复中的应用进展

摘要 近年来,随着数字化技术的日益发展及计算机辅助软件在口腔诊疗领域的拓展应用,基于口腔锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)数据的三维(3D)打印数字化导板在口腔种植中被广泛运用,为精准种植修复带来了新的机遇与挑战。前牙区是种植手术中难度较高、美学风险较大的种植区域,对种植体植入精确度要求更高。本文就数字化导板的制作过程及在前牙美学区应用的意义、新进展、影响其精度的因素进行论述,以期为全面了解数字化导板在前牙美学区种植修复中应用进展提供参考。 In recent years,with the increasing development of digital technology and the expanding application of computer-aided software in the field of oral diagnosis and treatment,three dimensional(3D)printing digital guide plate based on oral cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)data has been widely used in oral implant,which brings new opportunities and challenges for precision implant restoration.Anterior teeth area is an implant area with high difficulty and aesthetic risk in implant surgery,which requires higher implant placement accuracy.The manufacturing process of digital guide plate and its significance,new progress and factors impacting its accuracy in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth are investigated in this paper,so as to provide reference to fully understand the application progress of digital guide plate in implant restoration in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth.
